Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.

• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate deliveries and pull/prepare orders.
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe store.
• Assist with inventory control activities and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to store operations and team support to optimize performance.
