In this role you will advise on technical questions, support store operations, and help lead a high-performing team while maintaining store presentation and inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset required.
• Ability to identify part numbers and source correct items quickly.
• Experience with POS systems and catalog tools (e.g., TAMS).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service across in-store, phone, and dealer shops.
• Identify, source, and process parts orders using catalog and POS systems.
• Advise customers on technical questions and recommend solutions.
