Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter and oversee daily delivery tasks. You will guide delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and maintain vehicle readiness according to company standards.

You will collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to deliver superior service, handle billing for cores and warranties, and assist on front and back counters as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders by phone and online, invoice and direct parts for delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Record daily mileages and complete vehicle inspections in fleet devices.
• Coordinate with Sales Specialists/Territory Managers to deliver exceptional service.
• Verify product, warranty parts and cores are billed before the customer leaves the store.
• Handle returns and credits for new cores and warranties.
• Audit returns to prevent warranty abuse and proper tagging.
