Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking for an Installer Service Specialist to serve professional customers at the store’s installer counter. This experienced parts professional will oversee daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries.

Responsibilities include developing sales relationships with installers, taking orders by phone and online, ensuring vehicle maintenance, processing returns and warranty credits, and supporting front and backroom duties.

• Above average communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, and invoice orders.
• Direct delivery staff to ensure timely, accurate order deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained.
• Record daily mileages and vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers for customer service.
• Verify that products, including warranty parts, are billed before checkout.
• Process returns and credits for cores and warranties promptly.
• Assist on front and retail counters and support backroom duties.
• Handle labor claims and participate in other assigned duties.
