Job summary
Warrior Insurance Network is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to strengthen the P&C compliance program, focusing on non-standard personal auto and commercial auto insurance. You will monitor federal/state regulations, interpret impacts on products, and guide business operations with practical risk-aware solutions.
You will lead focused department reviews, assist with regulatory filings and market conduct examinations, and partner with teams to review compliance risks
Qualifications
- 6+ years in insurance regulatory compliance with P&C focus.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal auto and liability regulations.
- Ability to translate complex rules into practical guidance.
- Experience supporting policy form, rate, or rule filings preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct focused departmental reviews and audits.
Responsibilities
- Monitor changes in federal/state P&C regulations and translate into guidance for teams.
- Track proposed bills and enforcement trends affecting underwriting and claims handling.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Act as trusted advisor promoting regulatory awareness and training.
- Lead regulatory focus reviews and document findings with remediation plans.
- Support regulatory filings, market conduct exams, and regulatory tracking.
