Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five (5) or more years of Compliance experience in industry.
• Three (3) or more years of working within Federally mandated programs.

Responsibilities

• Research complex compliance issues and provide concise, timely technical responses citing sources.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes and prepare responses under legal guidance.
• Assist in carrier audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain data integrity in the agency management system.
• Communicate with clients to support day-to-day service needs.
• Support new initiatives to improve efficiency, profitability, productivity and compliance.
