Warrior Insurance Network in the Chicago area seeks a seasoned Non-Standard Auto Claims Professional to join a growing team. You will investigate, determine coverage, and drive prompt, courteous resolutions for First and Third Party auto property damage claims.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of auto liability and PD claims experience (5+ years for hybrid consideration) and strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years' auto liability and PD claims experience required
• Non-Standard Auto Claims experience a plus, not required
• Minimum 5 years experience in auto liability and PD claims for hybrid consideration

Responsibilities

• Review files and determine action with technical knowledge for final disposition
• Investigate and document coverage, damages, and liability thoroughly
• Negotiate first and third party liability claims after investigation and analysis
• Coordinate with internal/external customers to gather evidence and establish facts
• Plan and prioritize work to ensure prompt claim conclusions
• Prepare and present evaluations for settlement authority
• Notify Underwriting of adverse information found during investigation
• Maintain professional vendor relationships while controlling expenses
