Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and resolve claims by applying experience and analytical skills.
• Interact with various parties in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients with empathy at every step.
• Handle claims in line with client and corporate policies, procedures, and ethics.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the claim file outcome.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims to bring claims to resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management processes.
• Think critically, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
