Job summary

Gallagher is seeking aClaims Adjuster (Auto Liability) to join a remote-friendly team. You will apply your claims experience to analyze exposure, determine action plans, and resolve claims, while communicating with clients and claimants with empathy throughout the process.

The role requires 5+ years of related claims experience, appropriate licensing, and knowledge of industry standards. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus; municipal/ Bodily injury/ Property damage experience is favorable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related claims experience.
• Licensing/certification in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan action, and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, showing empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in accordance with client policies, procedures, and ethics requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support outcomes.
