Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure auto liability claims from inception through resolution. You will handle complex bodily injury investigations, coverage analysis, and liability determinations, while negotiating settlements and participating in mediations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of related experience, active licenses across states, and a track record in multi-jurisdictional claims within a TPA setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing in states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims from inception through resolution.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative claims solutions and enhancements to the process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to serve clients effectively.
