Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Auto Liability Claims professional for a fully remote role. The position requires strong claims handling, analytical skills, and a client-focused approach to manage exposure and resolve complex claims.

You will interact with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to ensure accurate decisions and timely communication, while upholding industry standards and corporate policies. A high school diploma and 5+ years of claims experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensing/certification in all states where claims handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex Auto Liability claims.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to serve clients.
• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan action, and resolve claims.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and support the claim file.
