Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure auto liability claims from inception to resolution. You will conduct complex bodily injury investigations, analyze coverage and liability, and negotiate settlements, working closely with defense counsel across jurisdictions.

The role requires active adjuster licenses in TX, FL, and GA, a minimum 5 years of related claims experience, and proficiency with claims software. Fully remote, nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• High-exposure and litigated auto liability claims handling from inception through resolution.
• Complex bodily injury investigations.
• Coverage analysis and liability determination.
• Settlement negotiations and mediation participation.
• Partnership with defense counsel throughout the litigation process.
• TPA claims experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional claim exposures.
• Nationwide jurisdictional experience.
• Active Adjusters' licenses: TX, FL, GA.
• High School Diploma and 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensing in all states where claims are handled; knowledge of industry standards.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, using experience to reach resolution.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions in claims management.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to serve clients effectively.
