This role supports nationwide jurisdictions and allows fully remote work, with active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, NY as a strong plus.

You will collaborate with defense counsel, negotiate settlements, and work within TPA environments to manage multi-jurisdictional exposures.

Qualifications

• High-exposure and litigated auto liability claims handling from inception through resolution.
• Complex bodily injury investigations and coverage analysis.
• Liability determinations and settlement negotiations.
• Mediations and collaboration with defense counsel throughout litigation.
• Experience with TPA claims and multi-jurisdictional exposures.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims with analytical judgment.
• Coordinate with clients to deliver innovative claims management solutions.
