Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure auto liability claims from inception through settlement. You will conduct complex bodily injury investigations, analyze coverage, determine liability, and negotiate settlements in collaboration with defense counsel.

In a national, mostly remote role, you’ll handle multi-jurisdictional exposures, support clients, and participate in mediations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 5+ years related claims experience; appropriate licensing in handling states; knowledge of industry standards; computer experience with claims software.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; applicable certifications can be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve auto liability claims from inception through resolution.
• Partner with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance claims management processes.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to best serve clients.
