Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto and General Liability claims using experience to reach resolution.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize activities to serve clients effectively.
• Communicate claim activity clearly and timely to stakeholders.
• Adhere to clients' and corporate policies, procedures, and ethics.
