AvonRisk is seeking an Experienced Liability Adjuster for an in-house desk adjuster role based in Arlington, TX. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing claims from initial investigation through settlement, with strong skills in subrogation and recovery.

Onsite in Arlington four days per week, with one remote day and about 10% travel. Texas Adjuster license is required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities are essential to succeed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant work experience will be considered.
• At least 5 years of experience adjusting auto and general liability claims.
• Current Texas Adjuster License required.

Mansioni

• Investigate and process auto, bodily injury, property damage, and general liability claims.
• Evaluate bodily injury demands and negotiate settlements; compute total loss and diminution of value where applicable.
• Create subrogation demands and pursue recovery on applicable files.
• Maintain accurate diary management for all assigned files.
