The role supports remote work eligibility and licensing in TX, FL, and GA, with a focus on client partnership and innovative resolution of claims. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of claims experience, appropriate state licenses, and a strong grasp of industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related claims experience.
• Active licensing and/or certification in states handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
