Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and the team to achieve AutoNation's vision and mission.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to hit new and used vehicle targets and profit.
• Motivate the team to meet performance metrics and follow best practice processes.
• Drive the business with strong day-to-day involvement and timely e-lead handling.
• Manage e-lead follow-up from inquiry to in-store appointment and purchase.
• Negotiate with sales associates and guide customers through options and pricing.
