Job summary

AutoNation in Colorado is seeking an experienced e-Commerce Sales Manager to lead a sales team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience across showroom, online, and phone channels. You will recruit, train, coach, and retain top e-commerce sales associates, set vision and goals for targeted unit sales and gross profit, and ensure smooth transition of leads to store visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in eCommerce automotive sales.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to achieve targeted e-lead conversions to appointments.
• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Engaging and motivating the team to meet goals and follow best practices.
• Driving day-to-day operations across Showroom, E-Commerce, and Phones.
• Ensuring e-leads are handled timely and set store visits when appropriate.
• Managing follow-up with e-leads through research to purchase.
• Transitioning customers from phone/internet to in-store experience.
• Overseeing negotiations to help customers understand options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade and managing inventory with GM/GSM.
• Analyzing the business to identify shortfalls and develop action plans.
