Job summary

Conversica is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive, Automotive to drive new business growth across large automotive dealer groups. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts and lead complex, consultative sales from prospecting to close.

This senior IC role requires deep automotive ecosystem knowledge, executive relationship skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while aligning with Product, Customer Success and Marketing on go-to-market plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in automotive retail and SaaS

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales for large automotive dealer groups with net-new revenue focus
• Develop account strategies, identify buying centers, build stakeholder relationships
• Build relationships with senior executives and expand across dealer groups
• Lead complex consultative sales from prospecting to contract execution
• Manage pipeline via targeted prospecting, referrals, events and outbound strategies
• Position Conversica AI-powered solutions around measurable business value
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting and CRM activity
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth transitions and growth
• Represent Conversica at meetings and industry events; travel as needed
