Cars Commerce is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive a multi-product portfolio across dealer accounts in the San Antonio area. This high-visibility role emphasizes consultative selling, strategic account development, and growth of revenue with Cars Commerce products including Cars.com, Dealer Inspire, AccuTrade, and media.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B field sales with quota attainment.
• Experience selling complex, multi-product or platform solutions.
• Ability to engage owners and senior dealership leadership in a consultative sales process.
• Proven use of CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a dealer book across Cars Commerce products.
• Lead discovery with dealer principals, GMs, and marketing directors.
• Develop multi-solution proposals tied to dealer outcomes (leads, inventory turn).
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles from engagement to close and expansion.
• Travel regularly within the territory for in-person dealer visits.
