Job summary

Snapsheet is seeking an Auto Damage Appraisal Manager to lead a remote team of estimators across the US and Canada, driving production targets, accuracy, and performance coaching. You will oversee daily and weekly coaching, escalation handling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure goals are met.

This senior role offers remote work with flexible PTO, mentorship, in-person events, and opportunities for growth within a fast‑growing claims technology company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in auto physical damage with at least 1 year in management.
• Proven track record leading high performing teams.
• Experience with estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC One, and/or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload to meet production and accuracy goals.
• Own escalations and assist with resolutions.
• Regularly check-in with team and provide coaching and accountability.
• Provide development opportunities for employees to advance.
• Foster teamwork via competitions and incentives.
• Report progress, successes and opportunities within the department.
• Lead team meetings to drive innovation and celebrate wins.
• Analyze data to identify best practices and improvements.
• Train less-experienced estimators with guidance.
