Job summary

Snapsheet is seeking a Virtual Auto Appraisal Claims Negotiator to support high-volume auto damage claims remotely. You will negotiate complex supplements, review estimates, and ensure alignment with carrier guidelines while maintaining strong professionalism.

The role emphasizes analytical review, ownership of claims, and the ability to pivot between carrier workflows. This is a full-time remote position with growth and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of auto physical damage claims handling preferred.
• Experience with DRP (Direct Repair Program) workflows.
• History of handling 10–16 desk reviews per day in a carrier/IA desk or CAT deployments.
• Proficient with CCC One and related estimating platforms.
• Experience in high-volume metro markets (e.g., Dallas, Chicago, Tampa) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Technical Negotiation: negotiate complex supplements and repair logic with body shops per carrier guidelines.
• High-Volume Execution: manage a desk handling 10–16 claims per day while maintaining quality.
• Technical Defense: write fair estimates using CCC One to restore preloss condition based on photos and data.
• Process Adherence & Professionalism: maintain meticulous real-time documentation and professional communication across platforms.
