Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Coppell, TX is seeking a Senior Auto Claims Adjuster to support auto claims operations. You will handle claims of liability, property damage and/or moderate complexity, applying company processes and regulatory requirements.

Under limited supervision, you will investigate, evaluate coverage, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with internal/external teams while maintaining customer service standards. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years claims handling experience required.
• Understanding of vehicle repair processes preferred.
• Knowledge of fault assessment, negligence, and subrogation principles.
• License in Property and Casualty Insurance preferred; adjuster license within 60 days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insureds and claimants; verify benefits and coverage.
• Gather statements from involved parties and conduct liability/damage investigations.
• Negotiate settlements within authority; review estimates for property and liability claims.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve claims.
• Respond to customer needs and inquiries; adhere to procedures.
• Overtime and holiday hours may be required.
