Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years prior claims handling experience required.
• 3 years property claims handling experience preferred.
• General knowledge of claims processes and regulatory principles.

• Conduct investigations to determine coverage and damages.
• Explain policy coverages and claims process to insureds and claimants.
• Evaluate and negotiate settlements within authority for first-party claims.
