AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Claims Complex Auto Adjuster to support Auto Claims Operations, handling liability, material and property damage claims with expert evaluation and negotiation strategies. Work under minimal supervision within defined authority to resolve complex claims.

The role requires 4–6 years of claims experience, licenses where applicable, and strong proficiency in claims systems and MS Office. Travel may be required occasionally and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years claims handling experience required.
• Property & Casualty license preferred; may need adjuster license within 60 days.
• Advanced knowledge of claims administration practices.
• Advanced understanding of vehicle repair processes and fault assessment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insureds and claimants; explain benefits and process in compliance with regulations.
• Obtain statements from insureds, claimants and witnesses; conduct investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements within authority for complex claims across markets; analyze claims data.
