Job summary

Liberty Mutual Group in Suwanee, GA seeks an experienced claims adjuster to manage personal auto casualty claims from intake to resolution. You will evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and settle claims within authority while coordinating with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants.

You will refer complex cases to SIU when needed, support trial preparation, and maintain accurate reserves and file documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communications skills required.
• Good interpersonal, analytical, investigative, and negotiation skills required.
• Experience handling Litigated Third-Party Auto Casualty Claims.
• Experience handling UM/UIM Claims.
• 1+ years Personal Lines Third-Party Auto Casualty Experience.
• 1+ years Attorney Represented Experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 12-18 months of related experience.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves claims within prescribed authority levels.
• Evaluates coverage, liability, and damages for settlements.
• Communicates with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information.
• Prepares for trials, conferences, and reports; coordinates with trial counsel and Home Office.
