Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years Personal Lines Third-Party Auto Casualty Experience.
• 1+ years Attorney Represented Experience.
• Experience handling Litigated Third-Party Auto Casualty Claims.
• Experience handling Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) Claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage, investigate and resolve auto casualty claims within prescribed authority.
• Investigate and evaluate coverage, liability and damages; settle claims.
• Prepare for trials, hearings and conferences; report to Home Office and local management.
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information.
