Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling litigated third-party auto casualty claims.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain proper licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, investigate, and resolve auto casualty claims.
• Prepare coverage, liability, and damages evaluations.
• Refer or escalate to SIU for suspicious claims.
• Attend trials and hearings and report status to management.
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants.
• Maintain claims files and required reserves.
