Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage, investigate, and resolve third-party auto casualty claims.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and conferences; report status to management.
• Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and claimants to gather information.
• Identify UM/UIM opportunities and referrals to SIU or subrogation.
• Maintain reserves and ensure integrity of claims files and processing.
