Job summary

Puget Collision in Tacoma, WA is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles with light to heavy damage following OE standards and ADAS guidelines. You will disassemble, refit bolt-on and welded parts, weld, and refinish, ensuring OEM specifications in door, hood, deck, and chassis alignments.

Qualifications

• OE standards, DRP parts, and ADAS calibrations knowledge.
• Disassembly of vehicles completed.
• Refit bolt-on and welded parts such as bumpers and fenders.
• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer specs and alignments.
• Read vehicle RO lines and verify part accuracy with estimators.
• Mentor an assigned apprentice and support development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs meet OE standards and ADAS requirements.
• Complete disassembly of vehicles.
• Refit new parts and align body panels.
• Verify part accuracy before repairs.
• Meet target delivery dates and protect repair areas.
