Job summary

Puget Collision in Kenmore, WA seeks an experienced Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to restore automobiles damaged by collisions. You will assess exterior damage, follow manufacturer guidelines, and ensure parts availability while performing welding, panel reshaping, and refinishing as needed.

The role requires adherence to OE standards, DRP parts, and ADAS calibrations, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certifications are a plus.
• Complete understanding of light to heavy collision repair.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines for repair.
• Skilled welder able to remove/refit welded panels and bolt-on parts.
• Ability to read, understand, and perform written instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs adhere to OE standards and ADAS requirements, and verify parts accuracy.
• Disassemble vehicles as needed and refit new parts (bumpers, fenders, grills, moldings).
• Restore repaired areas to original manufacturer specifications, including alignments and welds on unibody parts.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and communicate discrepancies to the Estimator.
• Meet target delivery dates and manage assigned parts.
