Puget Collision in Maple Valley, WA is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to restore vehicles with light to heavy damage, following OE standards and DRP part guidance.

You will disassemble vehicles, refit bolt-on parts, weld and finish to manufacturer specifications, and ensure alignment and safety. Mentoring an apprentice and meeting production targets are key parts of the role. 2–5 years' experience and I-CAR Platinum status are preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years' experience in auto body repair.
• I-CAR Platinum Preferred or actively pursuing Platinum Status.
• Ability to produce 260 to 320 labor hours per month.
• Independently performs most non-structural repairs, panel replacements, and moderate repairs.
• Demonstrates consistent quality and limited rework.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure repairs adhere to OE standards, DRP part choices, and ADAS requirements for calibrations and scanning.
• Complete disassembly of vehicles.
• Refit new parts such as bumpers, fenders, grills, moldings, and other bolt-on and welded items.
• Restore repaired areas to original manufacturer specifications including alignments and welds.
• Check parts for accuracy and notify estimator of discrepancies.
• Work efficiently to meet target delivery dates.
• Be responsible for all parts assigned to your jobs.
• Protect interiors and exteriors from damage during repair.
• Read RO items and visually inspect repairs for completeness.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to an assigned apprentice.
