Job summary

Puget Collision in Springfield, OR is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician responsible for restoring vehicles with light to heavy damage to OEM specifications. Responsibilities include disassembly, fitting new parts, welding, and ensuring ADAS calibrations meet manufacturer standards.

The role requires understanding of OE guidelines, DRP parts, and the ability to work independently or with teammates while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• I-CAR Gold Class and ASE certifications are a plus.
• Solid understanding of OE standards and ADAS requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret repairs and instructions.
• Experience with frame and unibody alignment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs adhere to OE standards, DRP part choices, and ADAS requirements.
• Complete disassembly of vehicles.
• Refit new parts and weld/bolt-on items.
• Restore repairs to manufacturer specifications including alignments and measurements.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and communicate discrepancies.
• Meet target delivery dates for repair orders.
• Guide and mentor assigned apprentices.
