Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead pricing teams and direct complex actuarial analyses for commercial auto opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics/math/actuarial science or related field with 5 years of actuarial analysis in commercial insurance; or graduate degree with 3 years in personal lines insurance
• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience
• ACAS certification
• Strong decision-making, leadership and motivational skills
• Solid understanding of the market landscape
• Ability to coach, mentor, evaluate and provide training to staff

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects
• Oversee actuarial analyses, support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, communicating insights and recommendations
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts to ensure timely completion of projects
• Manage and train actuarial staff and oversee workload and resource tradeoffs
• Provide effective challenge to leadership and balance business results with human capital constraints
