You will oversee pricing analyses, mentor analysts, and present recommendations to clients and leadership while driving growth in the mobility solutions space.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• ACAS certification or FCAS credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Actuarial Analysts and Consultants across pricing and analytical projects.
• Oversee actuarial analyses to support business decisions and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and external clients to communicate insights and pricing strategies.
• Coach, mentor and train staff, manage teams and workloads effectively.
• Balance business results with constrained human resources while providing leadership challenge.
