Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of statistical/actuarial analysis in commercial insurance.
• Graduate degree preferred, with advanced actuarial coursework or research.
• Experience leading teams and training junior staff in actuarial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial analysts and consultants; coach and mentor staff across pricing projects.
• Oversee accuracy and timeliness of actuarial analyses and pricing recommendations.
• Manage and train actuarial consultants and analysts within the department.
• Balance business results with staff capacity and development.
• Present analyses and pricing strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
