Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is seeking a Senior Commercial Actuarial Pricing Manager (Auto) to lead actuarial analysts and consultants on pricing and analytical projects, delivering insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes coaching, timely, high-quality analyses, and effective communication of recommendations. This position supports a remote-first culture with occasional in-person engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 5 years of post bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on commercial insurance.
• Or Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science or related area and 3 years experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance.
• 3+ years commercial insurance experience ACAS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external clients via project development.
• Review work of Consultants and Analysts and oversee the successful completion of projects within the required time frame.
• Manage and train Actuarial Consultants and/or Analysts within the department.
• Provide leadership and balance business results with human capital constraints.
