Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• Licensed CPA or working towards CPA certification.
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience with leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills with communication skills for management.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading the engagement team staff on planning and execution of audit, review or compilation to provide world-class client service.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing to financial reporting and conclusion.
• Providing supervision and support to staff and facilitating communication with engagement manager and partner.
• Collaborating with managers and partners on client issue resolutions and regulatory matters.
• Reviewing general ledger accounts for accurate entries.
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet deadlines.
• Creating and tracking engagement budgets and identifying inefficiencies.
• Conducting discussions with team members on evaluations and providing guidance.
