Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to middle‑market clients.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Manage fieldwork and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Develop staff through coaching and Baker Tilly’s care and teach philosophy.
