Job summary

• Proactively engage with clients to understand goals and challenges.
• Manage all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing and information gathered.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to engagement staffing, billing, and profitability targets.
• Mentor and develop staff through firm learning and development programs.
