Qualifications

• Bachelor's in accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years' experience in financial statement auditing in a professional services firm preferred.
• 3+ years' supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team delivering assurance and consulting services to middle-market clients.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and challenges throughout the year.
• Develop testing to assess internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide financial statement guidance and business recommendations based on testing.
• Drive growth by leveraging cross-service line opportunities and client networks.
• Lead and mentor staff, supporting their professional development.
• Maintain client profitability targets through staffing and billing oversight.
