Withum is seeking an Audit Supervisor to lead engagements from planning through completion, mentoring staff, and maintaining client relationships. The role will be based in Houston, TX, with collaboration across engaged teams and partners.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA license (or progress), and 3+ years of public accounting with strong US GAAP knowledge and communication skills. A competitive benefits package and bonus program are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license, or working toward CPA certification with parts passed.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the engagement team staff on planning and execution of audit, review or compilation engagements.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing to financial reporting.
• Providing supervision and support to engagement staff, seniors and supervisors.
• Collaborating with staff and partners on client issue resolution and accounting considerations.
• Managing multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to meet deadlines.
• Creating and tracking engagement budgets and guiding team discussions and evaluations.
• Participating in professional development programs as an instructor or discussion leader.
