Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license or progress toward CPA certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of public accounting experience, leading multiple engagements.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills with familiarity with US GAAP.
• Exceptional client service and communication; ability to manage multiple engagements.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and presentation skills; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audit, review, or compilation engagements.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the audit engagement from staffing to financial reporting.
• Provide supervision and support to staff and promote open communication with engagement partner.
• Collaborate on client issue resolution and advise on legal, regulatory, and accounting issues.
• Manage multiple engagements with various teams to meet deadlines.
• Create and monitor engagement budgets and discuss performance with team members.
• Participate in professional development programs as an instructor or speaker.
