Insite US is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to lead engagements for construction and commercial clients in Frederick, MD. You will supervise junior staff, manage client relationships, and own the audit process from planning through completion.

The role emphasizes growth into management with broader exposure to financial reporting, technical accounting, and tax matters while maintaining adherence to US GAAP/GAAS standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting audit experience required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and GAAS.
• CPA qualification or actively pursuing it.
• Experience planning or supervising audit engagements.
• Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from planning through completion and supervise staff.
• Develop client relationships with business owners and finance teams.
• Execute audit procedures and supervise junior associates.
• Review engagement documentation and communicate progress to managers.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and budgets.
