Insite US in Maryland is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our growing team. You will handle federal and state returns, support client engagements, and work closely with Partners and Senior Managers on complex tax matters.

This role offers a blend of tax compliance, accounting and advisory work with room to grow toward management. Flexible working arrangements and a collaborative client service culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing preferred.
• Opportunity to work on tax compliance, accounting and advisory projects.
• Experience with construction businesses, contractors or closely held companies is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns.
• Manage moderately complex tax and accounting engagements.
• Work directly with Partners and Senior Managers on client matters.
• Research complex tax issues and provide practical recommendations.
• Assist with tax planning and advisory projects.
• Analyze financial information to support client decision-making.
• Supervise and review work completed by junior team members.
• Communicate directly with clients and build strong working relationships.
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
