Insite Group in New York is seeking a Commercial Audit Senior Associate to manage engagements end-to-end for a diverse client portfolio, owning relationships and budgets. The role offers exposure to partners and a clear path toward management within a growing practice.

You'll plan, lead fieldwork, coach juniors, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and auditing standards. Hybrid work options with NYC, Long Island, or New Jersey offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in public accounting with solid audit and assurance background.
• CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA qualification.
• Proven ability to lead fieldwork and supervise junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit and review engagements from planning to sign-off within budget.
• Be the day-to-day contact for client finance teams and nurture long-term relationships.
• Scope engagements, set budgets, and monitor progress.
• Coach junior colleagues and review their work.
• Identify risks and technical issues and escalate appropriately.
• Support proposals and pitches for new clients.
