Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Manager, Audiences at CoLab to collaborate with strategy, investment, analytics, and ad tech to translate client goals into data-driven media strategies. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships and leading data-driven initiatives across channels.

You will mentor junior team members, define audience groups, and leverage tools like CDPs and data platforms to deliver insights and innovative solutions for client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital media (strategy/operations), advanced analytics, marketing technology, or digital strategy/buying.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools: DSPs, DMPs, third-party audience data, cross-screen OLV, and data analytics.
• Experience leveraging audience data for strategic investment and communication decisions.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and a proven ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Audience Data: Facilitate incorporation of audience data into media planning and execution to ensure data-driven strategies.
• Prepare data strategy presentation and drive integration in media plan focused on audience details
• Build and present to client’s data and technology use case recommendations and performance reports
• Managing the process of defining audiences to be leveraged, sharing data with partners, and tracking and compiling performance reports regarding audience groups
