Job summary

Publicis Health is seeking a Senior Account Executive for CoLab, a cross-discipline team within Publicis Groupe. You’ll bond with the client daily, manage cross-channel marketing programs, and support Managers in client presentations.

You’ll collaborate with a VP and Group Account Director, leveraging data capabilities to enhance campaigns, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience, ideally within a healthcare marketing agency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with MS Access and Adobe WorkFront desirable.
• Omni-channel marketing experience.
• Strong analytical skills, commitment to a client, and proven ability to manage expectations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills, especially in a hybrid environment.
• Candidate must be open to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of client’s business, brand, economics, customer insights, marketing strategy/channels, and competitive analysis.
• Understands and articulates overall program strategy, objectives, measurement strategy, and relevant results for programs.
• Assists in brainstorming creative strategies, test-and-learn plans, offer strategies, and channel/site strategies.
• Acts as day-to-day contact for junior to mid-level clients, with a focus on identifying opportunities and ideas for cross-capability teams to sell new work.
• Writes short decks and can get into client-ready state with guidance from Marketing Manager.
• Consolidates client feedback and leads discussion with internal team members.
• Constructs clear, concise communications with required details (timing, costs, etc.).
• Begins to lead status meetings and sets task expectations.
