You will guide complex discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, lead settlements, and appear in court.

The ideal candidate is a licensed California attorney with a strong track record in complex litigation, ready to mentor associates and shape trial strategies while advancing clients’ interests.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions
• Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume state and federal wage-and-hour, class and representative actions
• Develop case strategy and oversee associates
• Lead depositions, hearings, and trial appearances
• Mentor junior attorneys and drive favorable client outcomes
